At Cotopaxi Coffee Company, every cup begins with a story. Born out of personal connections and inspired by one of Ecuador’s most iconic landmarks, our name carries the strength, heritage, and authenticity of Cotopaxi itself.

We don’t roast coffee — we build bridges. Our role is to directly import coffee from Ecuador and connect the growers who cultivate it with roasters across the United States. From areas known for the best coffee to roasting facilities, we focus on integrity, quality, and the relationships that turn beans into bonds.
